I have been using both and I think that 'A' key is a bit better FOR ME because it is less tiring than LMB when it comes to high attack speed heroes like Illidan(especially, you can fail sometimes with this one) or Valla and 'A' key is more 'rhythmic' than left mouse buttonOf course left mouse button gives you one free keybind and 'free hand' to use only skills, you don't need to focus on that auto-attacking because you are doing it with left mouse button.Personal preference, like always with hotkeys.
