Dell Latitude E5550 has other variants with TN panel, but this one has no relevance with it whatsoever. It’s the touch screen version, I believe that why there’s a gap between the image and the bezel. Here’s the results from MonInfo. I am not planning on working inside my computer. 85% of this Manuel pertains to that. Also intriguing is the addition of a touchscreen, which normally in Dell’s case translates to a glossy screen finish, but not anymore: the 7390’s anti-glare touchscreen is actually anti-glare.

I use a stylus quite a bit for school and for the last two months or so, the bottom 1' of the screen would not respond well to touch or stylus input. Additionally, it would randomly spaz out at times and register a touch input where the start menu is which restricts me from being able to even use the touchpad to navigate the screenReplaced screen with brand new LCD, but not the ribbon (not sure if it affects touch: )All drivers are up to date.Really annoying me because the laptop is very nice, and it DID work at one point.Any ideas?.

Touchscreen not working, was fine until reset Windows 10, then tried to re-install Windows, didn't work out. There was a setting to 'make pen and touch more friendly in tablet mode', but now I can't find it. I have spent days on Dell's website tryingto download drivers, but still can't find it in Windows 10. I don't think the hardware is defective, since this happened only after I tried to reset then reinstall Windows 10, which was too confusing; having me remove the flash drive, restart, and reinstall,only leading me back to the same place, and failing to install. How would you like to repeat that a few times? Dell service tag to express service code.
