Sky Id Error 288
I was using a VPN.I couldnt get through to NOW at all.Switched my VPN off and tried again and straight on to NOW website.I've now switched the VPN back on and it has still allowed me to edit my post to add this comment.I logged out of NOW, switched my VPN back on and it wont let me sign in.Everytime I need to sign in(which will only be when I need to cancel a pass).I will have to turn off my VPN before trying.Cant understand why as I'm using a UK server.This could be my first.and last post.Hope it helps someone.

Sky iD is your sign in for our online services, such as My Account, Sky Go, Sky Store, Sky Broadband Shield, Sky apps, and more. It consists of your email address (or a username) and a password. Every Sky account must have a Primary Sky iD. This is the first user to create an iD and link it to the account.
